The face scan isn’t working

If your face scans aren't working on the app, it might be due to these issues:
- We've released a new app update
- You've used too many scans
- There may be bugs on the app
To solve any of these issues, please:
- Delete and re-download the app
- Enter your referral code again
- Try the scan again
If the scans still don't work, please contact our support team support@glamup.ai , and we will take a look for you!
