My video failed guideline compliance. What do I do?

No worries! You will still get paid if your video shows “Fail”.
The guideline compliance is designed to help you make the best content for our collaboration! It’s meant as automated feedback to improve your posts. If it shows “Fail”, please review the feedback, and see if you did everything correctly. By reading the feedback, you can improve the content, caption, or hashtags. If the videos keep failing, we will reach out and see what’s wrong!
If you don’t agree with the results, please contact us at support@glamup.ai or create a chat with us below to appeal the decision. We’re still improving the automated system, so sometimes it can show false results!
